About Us
Since the 18th century, hydropower has been proven to fulfill the electricity needs of both rural locations and cities around the world as a renewable energy source and environmentally friendly energy source.
Transfer of technology and technical cooperation from GTZ (formerly GIZ) Germany, SKAT Switzerland, and ITDG UK enables the introduction of HeksaHydro microhydro technology in 1992. The T-7 and T-12 series cross-flow turbines were the first to be used, and the T-15 series cross-flow turbine was jointly developed in 1998.
The development of microhydro technology is not limited to cross-flow technology; rather, Heksa Hydro has created several turbine types, including the Pelton, Kaplan, Francis, and Turgo, by utilizing the most advanced CNC and production techniques, as well as 3D in design process.
